Idea for a simple way to tone down Kai'sa a little bit.

Kai'sa is very strong right now, and unless the marksman update changes this, she will inevitably be seeing some nerfs.

I had a quick idea for a bit of a change that might make her a bit more bearable to play against.

What if her Q missiles would miss targets that she no longer has vision of? It would allow players to do something about the crazy amount of free early damage she has right now without having to adjust her numbers.
