Key binding issues

Hey guys, I've been trying to bind the "target champions only" key to a modifier key (like shift or alt), and while there is no current way to do this in the client, does anyone know of any workarounds that can make this work, short of an autohotkey script? Preferably, I'd like a way to use shift for both attack move (modifying my right click) and target champion only.

Also, would this be an appropriate channel to request this functionality from Riot? The action behaves entirely like a modifier, such as attack move and smartcasting, however, the type of key that makes the most sense to bind this to (in my opinion) is inaccessible.
