Nautilus nerfed too hard ?

Here are the two last nerfs of riptide damage from the wiki:

V5.13:

Riptide Base damage reduced to 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 from 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220. Maximum damage reduced to 90 / 142.5 / 195 / 247.5 / 300 from 90 / 150 / 210 / 270 / 330. (the wiki is wrong) Maximum damage reduced to 120 / 190 / 260 / 330 / 400 from 120 / 200 / 280 / 360 / 440.

V6.5:

Riptide Damage reduced to 55 / 85 / 115 / 145 / 175 from 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200. Maximum damage reduced to 110 / 170 / 230 / 290 / 350 from 120 / 190 / 260 / 330 / 400.

I think it's a bit too much and I don't feel like I'm strong like I used to when I was nautilus and in a good game.

I'd like riptide to get some damage back or maybe a damage buff of his Q: Dredge line.

Dredge line is kind of iconic for me since the Cinematic: A New Dawn but it's not really strong in the game and as a skillshot could use a buff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHrjOMfHPY

Maybe something like a +%8 of the target current Hp and a slight reduction to the base damage (for dredge line).

The champs Autos snare you

His Q is a anchor that extends past its shown hitbox and pulls him and you in

His W gives him a huge ass shield and gives his autos 30-60+ magic damage on hit

His E is an AOE slow

His R is a point and click knock up that knocks up anyone in the way

So he has 1 aoe slow, 1 knock up, 1 root with no cd on switching targets , 1 pull/stun

Hes a fucking CC machine. Shen is a tank that has 1 CC

Dude nautilus needs his passive removed in general. The champ is way too strong.

How do you want more damage on a champ thats overloaded with major cc
