can we make Jax playable in toplane and not descend into jg only?

his winrate is going down every patch top lane. rn he only has positive winrate against 2 champs top lane. hes one of the worst laners in league. and his late game isn't monsterous under the right circumastances because its easy as fuck to lock down melee carries with cc and annihilates them. can we please buff his laning early game. is it too much to ask? hes terrible and he isn't getting reworked anytime soon.

I don't mind if we cut down on his late game power. but please understand that 85% of games in this meta don't go past 30 minutes.

I don't know how they would buff his lane phase without buffing his jungle as well. It's the same way I feel with top lane Shyvana , where I've been playing her top lane since Season 3 and right now she is terrible top lane but very very strong in the jungle. So I know what you are feeling, though not as much since Jax jungle is probably considered average and not arguably op like Shyvana's case.

I guess a suggestion would be to either decrease his mana cost a little or increase his base AD but that would make him even better in the jungle. I'm not saying that buffing Jungle Jax is a really bad idea but he does have almost a 52% win rate in the jungle so Riot would have to be very careful with any changes.

reducing his passive proc damage late game would do it to compensate. as a buff give him a higher base hp and higher base armor. and lower mana costs.

no its not because jax base hp is pure garbage (and i tried it) also jax doesn't function without fervor.

erm... what? like I don't touch that filthy keystone... maybe you should learn how to play more utility jax. example storm raiders surge. but what do I know, not like i havent been playing jax since season 1 or something
