Azir bugs.

So. I realise this champion has many bugs but their are many more.

1. I don't know how this one works, but multiple times I've had it where I'll ult but it'll say I never did. The timer won't go and I'll have no idea when my ult is actually up.

2. This one's in Dominion, although It isn't game changing, I thought it should be adressed. So when the game just starts, and everyone is stuck inside that barrier. If Azir lays a minion, q's it to ground a champion can walk on(meaning not the empty hole that you have to wait to be filled up on until the game actually starts), and than dashed to the minion, he can get out of field. Although he can't do anything out there and the game will force him to walk back, i thought this should be pointed out. :P
