Seriously though. Why are there major nerfs to Hec? Is he that strong? IF he is why is he getting hit and not other more problematic people like Yas and trynd? And don't even get me started on the nerfs on Skarner / Swain...
Riot's balance team has a method. They put pieces of paper with the names of all the champs in a hat, and then they grab a quarter. They reach into the hat, pick a piece of paper, and then they toss the quarter. If it's heads they buff that champ. If it's tails they nerf that champ. If it's a champ like Lee Sin they treat tails like heads. Do not question the method. They are professionals.
What Swain nerfs? They're not on S@20.
I don't understand it either. I'd rather they nerf his damage than remove the most important part of his passive.
