now before we explode on how crit items are broken, this isn't going to be an AD crit item. this is going to be a hybrid crit item that crits magic damage (not by much). probably for melee ap champions, hybrid melee, hybrid AD etc.
amp tome + brawler glove = some ap, some crit (maybe CDR for the lols)
