Heim Thoughts. Less turrets means Stronger Rockets. Inverse multipler

Heimerdinger Is a strong pusher but can't leave lane to follow if his laner should begin to roam. Well what if not dropping his turrets gave him a charge on his rockets. Each one of the nuts floating around him applied a multiplier of 16-33% to his first rocket damage. That way he move around with out his turrets but not have his rockets be overbearing. Now he can get a gank in or kill on his own.

First rocket's Magic Damage: 135 / 180 / 225 (+ 45% AP) * stored charge multiplier.

Edit: I meant when you aren't around your turrets or you haven't laid them down yet.

So when my nest is set up perfectly all I need to do is wait for my rockets to become more powerful? Cool.

Inverse. I didn't mean just because you had them stored. I meant the ones on the field. But I see how you saw that. I wasn't clear.

Play Karthus, press Q when he places a turret for 5 gold.
