Equality to all forms of Penetration plz

So let's see all the ways AD champions can ignore AD

Lethality items (4 items) Black cleaver The Last Wisper Line New IE true damage passive

And now the AP equivalents or the closest we have to them

Magic pen items (3 items) Wits End None Void staff 40% MR ignoring passive

Notice something? We lack %MPen and Lethality has more options than Magic Pen

Suggestion

Make Morello/oblivion Orb/Sorc boots % Magic pen and Make Lethality grant Adaptive Damage and Adaptive flat penetration (and duskblade proc deals adaptive damage too)

Before downviting think how much more viable AP Junglers can become with this change and how some mages who where shafted by some of the recent changes can become better

But mostly junglers

Now Evelynn, AP Shaco and AP Rengar can go Dusk blade, think of it
