Can we please remove the absurdly long delay for Twitch's stealth?

The time it takes for him to stealth when he takes damage is stupid, especially because this is his only escape.

Please make it a extended delay of just 3 seconds at best.

Now, I main Twitch, and as much as I'd like this, it'd end up making me hate playing against him, and therefore hate myself for playing as a champion I hate.

He needs a buff/rework to his passive, W and/or E imo.

You can't even cancel his stealth like it should be, he doesn't need to stealth faster specially when it resets.
