Compensation when enemy team remakes?

It would be nice to get some IP or LP after we spend 10 min in queue, 5 min in champ select, and 5 min in loading, only to have to do it all over again because the enemy team remade.

Example: In normals, the other team gains 50 IP and 25 XP (if under Lv30). In ranked, the other team gains 5 LP.

Their time was wasted too and neither team proved they were better in any way, no one should get LP from that. I'm tempted to say it would be fine to do for normals but that would just give people a precedent to argue for it in ranked.
