Chat Restricted, not a bad thing.

Hey Riot. I finally got to experience your chat restriction and i have to say...why isnt this implemented for all players in the game? Like...its really good, i actually like how it works. Restrict people to 5 messages every few minutes a game. Its actually really good. Personally i think this should be implemented as a normal chat in the game instead of being a punishment. That would actually be much better for the look of the game. It would go a long way to making this game appear less toxic and to be honest, would actually make it a lot easier for me to recommend people to this game. The game is INCREDIBLY fun, and its what draws me back time and time again, despite how toxic the community is. However because of the community is why i tell people to not play this game. Although i tell them that the game itself is extremely fun and entertaining.

Thought id give you guys that critical thought.
