Forget being the most boring support in the game she is the most boring champion period now.

This is hilarious. Even breathing puts [W] on cooldown now. ~~Rito~~ can't hide anymore how much they hate their creation.

Well, technically, this is a CC, a displacement to be exact. The blasting cone also triggers other stuff that go off of CC, like Aftershock. So I guess, this is intended behaviour.

it shouldnt be because she is already one of the weakest champs in the game with THE lowest win rate in the game as of right now. she has extremely low base hp, armor, and mr. Having this while shes trying to run away is STUPID, especially since she has a cast time now. Its one thing if she was casting it and someone slapped the blast cone during her cast. Thats ok for it to be on cd at that time, but NOT when shes not casting it AT ALL.

Realistically the support item changes coupled with CDR being not readily available to mages until MULTIPLE completed items has further compounded Yuumi's unsatisfying and clunky play. Her Q needs to be buffed though, no qaulms about it. 40 mana to start with like every other champion scaling to 100 at rank five because shes not meant to max it.

Because with the Es huge cost Yuumi just doesnt have enough mana sustain and will constantly run out... Plus she cant use her passive effectively because any lane that isnt simple to deal with like braum or ashe effectively makes her a free kill. Pyke? He lands a pull and youre dead. Blitzy? He lands a hook and youre dead. Zyra? She lands a root and youre dead. Leona? She lands anything and youre dead. The list go ones on.

Very accurate. With her W becoming a channel and failing into a cooldown so very easily, she's SO much less survivable and independent AS IF SHE REALLY NEEDED THAT. It's literally no longer worth it to try and use her passive.

Pretty much. You cant even buy standard support items because her mana costs are so very high. Ive taken to building item 3040 into item 3285 at this point just because the item path is better and the mana sustain is much higher.

I've just stopped playing the champion, period. I will never touch her again unless they revert her or better. It breaks my heart because I really loved playing her, but at this point it's just not worth it. There are better champs that I can be playing. Not to mention, I've heard she's going to be nerfed even further...... facepalm

The blast plant is a loss of control effect. You can qss it, olaf ult prevents him from being knocked up by it, it triggers anything else related to cc, etc. Why should yuumi be any different?

pretty sure that Black Shield stops the blast plant from even working so it is a CC so it makes sense for her W to go on CD f she uses it

then tell me, why do other champs skills not go on cd? and thats a CORE part of her kit. It should be if its being cast and the blast cone claps her, then it should go on cd. NOT when its done willy nilly. its a stupid change

Does Asols W go on CD when hes blast coned? Regardless... Yuumis CC lockout needs to be limited to enemy hard CC. BLastcone should only put her W on cooldown when an enemy triggers it, allowing it be an outplay tool.

I don't know, why is Blitz the only champion whose MS buff slows him afterwards? why is Nami the only champion who can speed up allies with literally every single ability in her kit? why does someone being hit by the blast plant while dashing still causes you to lose the CD of said dash instead of refunding it? why does Black Shield eve prevent you from using the plants in the first place? why does Sej and anyone with a black shield can get the honey fruits without being slowed? You are literally making something be way bigger than it actually is.

Because riot doesnt understand why self-CC outside suppression is a bad thing. Blitzy originally self slowed - it was removed due to player complaint back when riot cared. It was re-added because a rioter thought blitzy shouldnt be able to run away with enough CDR.

Because youve used the ability and the CC applies after youve used it.

It blocks CC in general. Makes for a good outplay tool, though.

You are literally making something be way bigger than it actually is.

Problem with this statement: Yuumi has been made more clunky and less fluid to play because people like you demand she be cookie cutter cat soraka despite her kit not being capable of it and her power budget being focused less on team utility and much more so on individual empowerment. This change is small in the short term, but it means that Yuumi cannot - CANNOT - use blast cones in tense situations because they give her a massive and disproportionate disadvantage. It weakens her already small ability to escape and inhibits meaningful decision making by punishing yuumi for using them.

Changing her lockout to enemy CC is the best way to give the cat back some agency and decision making without removing the lockout to begin with. Also, if you didnt know, a blast cone triggered by an enemy is considered sourced from that enemy (which is why it triggers aftershock).

Heres the thing though. i do not mind it being triggered when the enemy does it, thats fight but when you or your own allies does it should not trigger a penalty. Exactly like Yasuo ult. he can ult if you or your allies trigger it but not the enemy.
