People are blowing Zoe way out of proportion

Disclaimer: She still needs some nerfs! (Particularly with her cooldowns)

However, people calling her the most cancerous broken champion in the game need a reality check. When you really look at it, Zoe's combo is on the same level as every other champion in terms of damage. It's the way she kills you that makes people think she's so broken. The tremendous burst from q and the thought of losing your entire health bar from one ability makes people instantly jump to "cancer broken how did you ever release this Riot?"

At the moment, Zoe is a long range burst mage that is able to snowball relentlessly. This is entirely because of her cooldowns! Nerfing Zoe's damage on q is a bad call. It's unrealistic to make Zoe have to cycle through three rotations to kill somebody (which she already has to do if not ridiculously ahead). Instead, make her have to be more careful about using her cooldowns. Make her q a 10 second cooldown at level 5, up its mana cost by 40-50 to match the damage it does, and don't have it proc her passive (A 160% ratio on a basic ability is fine as is, no need to add another 25%). As it stands, and a good reason as to what makes her able to snowball so hard, is her ease with waveclear. She can eliminate a wave in about 6 seconds for 140 mana with only a lost chapter. Also, make her E a higher cooldown, remove the cdr on champion hit, and add a limit to the maximum range it can go through a wall (like Talon's E). Finally, either remove the movespeed or the damage on her W use (Preferably the damage). Too many times I've killed someone entirely from the damage from W simply because i can pick up two or three summoners. When you cast a new summoner, the damage orbs from the previous proc instantly deal damage, rather than having to wait. That means with just two or three summoners, you're dealing upwards of a 200% ration with lich bane, more sparkles, and your w combined.

However, all this being said, Zoe remains a squishy, immobile mage with only a single target delayed cc. If she gets hit with one bit of cc or damage, she's as good as dead. If your team has anything that can even remotely be considered an assassin (who isn't braindead), she's as good as dead. She's ridiculously vulnerable to jungle ganks if the enemy laner sets up decently, since she can only cc one person and has no mobility.

I just ask that you have some perspective with Zoe, especially when you're playing among champions like Kayn or Tristana, both of which kill you just as quickly and with short cooldowns.

Her waveclear for a burst mage was ridiculous. They hit that. Good. Now you can use the minions to body block after a sleep. Then they added a whole lot of extra nerfs.

People blow everything out of proportion. People put their opinions on the game forward as if its a fact. I feel this combination gets in the way for a proper discussion between folks who have opposing points of view.
