why you removed the attack speed on randuin ?
it looked nice, it would have been cool and fun.
i suggest hp/regen active too. 40hp/5 active would be so nice for sustain !!! do it riot !

Miku Lv991 votesBecause it was too good on the champions that could actually use the attack speed well. And on the flip side, it meant the tanks that didn't use attack speed were relatively nerfed.
