What the hell u was thinking about Riot? She is still busted af. Just lost game when full build kaisa was literall 1v9 and killing our adc with 2 autos+Q and I wasn't even able to kill her with 450ad Illaoi, when my 1 tentacle dealt to her like 40% of her hp, because of this stupid full hp shield and life stealing full health on 4 autos.
