didnt play adc in ages but i cant remember how to kite.
using shift usually ends up with me targeting minions because well they are the closest target using the a button does the same even when i hold down x (target champs only) it gets ignores if i shift/a rightclick.
so how does one kite?

There is a setting for it that I use on kalista. But I can’t for the life of me remember. I’ll comment back after I’m done with work and find out.

I think it’s part of a setting called player attack move options.

Personally I kite with my mouse alone. I'm not the best in the world at it, but it's serviceable with some practice.
