For those of you helpless believing that riot has tuned out the fan base for quite some time:

It's not just because of Vlad's ability to be a powerful sustain AP caster but also because he can stall out the game due to building tankiness and being bursty with cooldown reduction to stall out the game whilst also having an ability that renders him untargetable.

When the game looks like its going bad just rush Kindlegem and CDR boots so that you can live longer in skirmishes and early team fights. They can't tower dive you because you can simply go untargetable and they won't outsustain you unless they have some insane burst on their team.

This is a competitive game, his sustain was nerfed against minions so champions that can out duel him are good counter picks.

Don't know what's with the downvote man I'm just complimenting rito on a job well done.

Wasn't me who downvoted you. Probably some vlad main xD.

It's just that you know it's hard to make him a situational pick while keeping him viable at all while his sustain identity.
