You doubt? I play LoL since 2 years and i see him maybe 5 times, and im d3.

Should give you about 700 AP, along with a bunch of health, a ton of armor, a shit ton of MR, and 40% CDR so you can spam the relatively low cooldown on your E and the REALLY short cooldown on your Q, along with having the somewhat high cooldown on your W (which heals for up to around 1500 by that point) be lowered to the point where it's also pretty spammable. His Q has super high base damage and a 60% AP Ratio, his E has a 50% AP Ratio and stupid as fuck hitbox (along with being a huge speed boost to you and your allies), and his fucking ult has 1100 base damage at rank 3 and a 110% AP Ratio. All you have to do is land your ult on preferably to people, and the taunt will help you land the rest of your abilities on them. It should one shot them most of the time, unless they have a good amount of health and MR. He's really OP.
