Some good options to try would be:
High sustained mixed DPS, percentage health damage, CC reduction and high innate durability/healing let him survive everything a tank can throw at him while he eats them alive. Your first couple clears are pretty painful, but he clears very quickly and only gets better.
Good sustained damage and his ultimate turns you into a monstrous tank while weakening one of theirs. While I wouldn't recommend picking him against a team with multiple tank, he's really strong when they only have one (or two) tanks to deal with.
Great sustained DPS, scaling with on-hit effects and true damage let him duel almost anybody and win. While he wouldn't be great against tanks in a teamfight, there is very little they can do against him 1v1.
Has high innate damage which is both mixed and percentage health base and decent durability. Her main issue is that she can be kited rather easily and lacks CC, but if she can stick to a tank she will tear through them.
His ultimate gives your team a second ADC during teamfights and gives you ADC a second chance at life if they die early. His ghouls provide good sustained damage to targets, he synergizes quite well with Black Cleaver, and his innate sustain/durability is enough to survive against them.
His high innate durability (from E) lets him survive against tanks and with some lifesteal (i.e. Warlord's Bloodlust, Death's Dance, Bloodthirster, etc) he can just draintank through anything they try to do to him.
Alternatively, champions who synergize well with Liandry's Torment (i.e. Amumu, Sejuani, Zac, Gragas) or Bloodrazor/BoRK (i.e. Warwick, Xin Zhao, Kindred) or have innate percentage health damage are good options.
