Rank Solo Que needs more balance.

Hello everyone I know what your thinking.. "Oh great another nuub complaining about how he or she thinks shes all that and deserves to be gold so shes complaining here. " But no that is not true here. I think Ranked solo que needs to be more balanced. Or the system needs to be changed slightly.

Now correct me if I am wrong but solo que is to determine one's own strength right? I say this because if you had a team of people you work well with you would be playing ranked 5's not solo. Well then why should ones strengths be penalized based on your team in solo que? Because in every rank matched or most of the ranked matches you encounter the following: Afk people. People who have a negative attitude and feed or quit or just wonder around doing nothing that helps the team. I think its very stupid for someone who is like 10+ kills and like 1 or 2 deaths to lose a whole game because their team never cooperated or tried to help you or their fellow teammates. Why is Ranked solo q rank titles not based on how well you do each game? Like when you lose you don't lose that many points if you did well or when you win you get to skip ranks because you been doing good on your games or be giving more lp points.

The reason I say this is because I keep losing my matches but I have great scores like 10+ kills 1 or 2 deaths and some assist why should I be penalized for one or more of my teammates caused us to lose? Its very frustrating when you want to improve and try to get gold or a higher rank but are let down countless times because of teammates poor choices or cause they rage quit or afk. And don't try to say well just play normal s then because the atmosphere and the play style is completely different. In normal's people don't try so hard and it seems like an easier mode to play. But when I play ranked people either Rage quit/AFk/ or give up because they died 3 or 4 times. And some don't even help or try to do teamwork which what this game is about.

The only way I can see someone getting gold or higher is if they have some plat+ person carry them or they have paid someone to elo boost their account or they have to find a good team to try to get to gold. Is there any way you guys at Riot can try to make solo que better? For the point system or something?

I mean I use to be gold I was gold 5 last season and now I am silver 4. (got placed in silver 3 or so this season because league was getting their servers attacked and I did not win 3 of my games. I did not get a loss prevention either =/.) So I been struggling a whole year to get back to gold 5 but cant because of these people that should not even be in the same rank as me since they afk or rage quit or run around the map doing nothing because they feel bad that they died to much etc.
