Black Loading screen issue which prevents me from loading in game.

Hey everyone since this patch I been having black loading screen issue which only shows the players name and ping and champion name. Also I never seem to load past it so everyone is getting into the game but me. This has happened 3 times in a row making the game unplayable for me. I dont want to get reported because I cant load into the game =/. I tried exiting out of the client multiple times and trying to reconnect but when I do that the reconnect button dissapers so I have to go to task manager and close everything out and when I try to load back into the game I am 5-10 mins late and its not a good feeling to let my team down because of that. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
