When is Gentlemen Gnar coming out?

I tried to buy him today but he was not out but the other day I could of sworn I saw him for 975 when I clicked on gnar and went to his skin but maybe im just seeing things.

Anyone have any clue? When it will be out? Or if it was a limited skin and I already missed out?

Hasn't been released yet. All Riot has said is "sometime during 5.13"

I saw that it said it will be released at different times during the patch so not sure what that meant.
