Where is the honor system?

So I downloaded the new patch which is suppose to bring the honor system but I did a game and no honor system was up? I wanted to honor some peeps but could not do so =/. Is it not unlocked yet or do we have to wait a certain amount of time? Not sure why I even patched if the honor system is not even out xD!
