Dynamic queue isn't stopping you from climbing, you are just salty.
I know this will get a slew of downvotes, but before you push that down vote button at least read this. Dynamic queue is a different experience from solo queue, whereas last season you could abuse lack of coordination, now you have to account for everyone on the map at all times since at least 2-3 are probably communicating well with each other and thats important to take note of. I see a lot of "oh man there are so many smurfs" and believe me, I feel you. sometimes when it does happens it feels really shitty. I myself have even run into full on challenger smurf squads of 5 (yes 5.) and lost with 4 diamond smurfs on my OWN team. But is it holding you back? nope. not at all. maybe it slows your climb down slightly. and i mean slightly. but if you are good, you will climb.
all season, I have been tilted beyond belief by dynamic queue and how it has forced me to play league of legends ENTIRELY differently. I can no longer just focus on my lane go 8/0 and then just pubstomp the rest of the game. that doesn't happen. If I get one solo kill, there is going to be a nidalee sitting in a bush for literally two minutes (this actually happened to me) in my lane. If I roam you can expect that double TP to counter by the premade. its frustrating because you arent USED to it. once you accept that the game is more coordinated and play around it, its actually able to play around. you can coordinate better yourself and honestly abuse the same things you always did just in a different way.
Dynamic queue legitimately has taught me to be a more patient and BETTER player than I was last season where I just abused that I could destroy my lane opponent by pure mechanical skill and knowledge of matchups. last season I could roam, get an early double and it was pretty much GG. this season teams play so well together and it forces me to bring everything I got. its frustrating because you want the easy win, but in the end it makes better players. it makes the game feel more like how its probably meant to with coordination.
I let my own salt hold me back into the depths of Gold V all season and once I finally let go and said "no matter who I am against, no matter who is on my team I am going to carry them" I started climbing. in a month I went from gold V, 0 LP, to Gold 1, 59 LP on the brink of Plat.
dynamic queue premade smurfs will cost you a game or two, but smurfs cost you a game or two before. nothing has changed. more games are winnable if you let them be. get off tilt, stop being salty and just play the game. you will find its really not that bad in the lower elos.
NOW, before I finish I want a few disclaimers. I cannot speak for the highest of elos (high diamond and above) because from what I've seen from my friends dynamic queue actually DOES hold people back there and even former challenger players get suck as low as diamond 2 this season because of how dynamic queue worsk. but besides the highest of elos, I feel dynamic queue is not holding anyone back. I also cannot say that premade LCS teams queueing as 5 is healthy for the game as its not exactly fair. so basically while my post is targetd at lower elos I do sympathize with the highest of elo kids where dynamic queue has essentially fucked them for the sake of the rest of us.
