cinderhulk still broken ?
i still see top laner rushing cinderhulk despite the nerf. What's wrong, i dont find cinderhulk so strong now. why people keep rushing it ?

People haven't seen the Pros adjust yet, so they have no one to copy. That's the reason they are using Cinderhulk in the first place after all.
is said top laner nautilus or sion? or someone else who scales off of Max Hp? the damage, which is whatgot nerfed wasn't the reason people were taking it top, sure the damage helps, but having 25% bonus HP on any champ that is either going to build full tank, or scales with HP should take it.
however the update of skirmishers makes me think rangers trailblazer for farming/waveclear would be the better smite now
