unbalanced, ranged, manaless ungankable scaling garbage champion doesnt deserve to be this strong so... either nerf him or rework him.
Nerf pool, do literally anything to take some power out of his scaling or laning phase power.
VeganScout2 votesHe might need tweaking.
JayB331 votesYeah, this thing with Vlad has been going on since his rework. Me and Leona found a Vlad at about 30 minutes not too long ago, thought we had him caught out. Little did we know... We were actually caught out for daring to 2v1 a Vlad lol. Got him down to half and he literally did 3/4 of my health in a q. Of course he was back at full and proceeded to munch on some Leona too.
But I had a Vlad flash at me lvl 3 not long after his rework, I thought he was typing until I realized he ignited. I flashed. I died. He flashed mastery. That was when I learned that he could 100 - 0 anyone at lvl 3. That moment is burned in to my retinas forever. Vlad will most likely never be properly tuned. Just best to ban him if you can stand any of the 30 other champs that require bans.
