Fountain regenerates a % of your health, at a constant rate. With enough AP/Pen/CDR on his side, he can probably slowly out damage the fountain's healing, considering they're not getting levels sitting in their own base.

Keep in mind this Xerath is getting like 15-20 CS/min because his Q also hits all the minions. You cant even come close to buying enough MR to save you. He will kill you in fountain through the HP regen

You missed the point. There is absolutely no way you can build MR fast enough to deal with how much Gold the Xerath is getting. You just end up getting killed in fountain over and over and over again.

I've watched some of the videos. In one, a Lee Sin did exactly what I said, and survived a decent while. His teammates started dying, but he lasted a bit longer. He probably would have lasted even longer if they had all bought mr as well, delaying his gold a bit more.

What does it even matter though when you're going to lose regardless?

Yeah, I dont know what is with all this retarded "buh yoo cuud lyv lungor derp" shit comming from people. You cant do anything to stop your outter turrets from going down, you cant get much XP, even starved out top and mid will be able to rotate out on bot ganks. You cant defend your lane, you will lose.

After 10 min of this, Xer will come out of base and shitstomp his way to your nexus.... why even worry about trying to live longer buying a little bit of MR when that will put you at major risk to the enemy laner and their normal sustain/farming items.

So ignorant to bother even argue about how to resist cheaters cheats, not win against, resist.

As I understand it doesnt hit bot lane. Mid, jg, top should all go botlane and 5v2 or even get a 5v5 going. Make Xer strat useless and force him to stumblefuck his way down there and try to not be useless. No doubt the scripters arent very good with him.

I'm pretty sure he just meant sit in base so the game can end faster

According to the Wiki, death timers are calculated as Level * 2.5 seconds + 7.5 seconds before the 15 minute mark.

So if the enemy team stayed level 1 (aka: decided to sit in base and not do anything at the first sign of trouble) their respawn times would be 10 seconds.

So theoretically if Xerath started the game with enough damage to delete someone in a single Q that person on their own could die 60 times in 10 minutes, capping us at 300 deaths in 10 minutes for a full 5 man team being 100-0'd from second 1.

The assumption shows the absolute maximum number of kills allowed by the death timer mechanic. It disproves the post that I replied to, which was all it set out to do.

In sort: I made the perfect assumption for proving what I set out to prove. Anything more would have been wasteful and missing the mark.

Um... he's literally a cheating scumbag that deserves a ban. I fail to see how calling him out is a problem. It's not like it's an issue that is AT ALL muddy here. Dude is using a glitch to cheat in games. I hope they permaban everyone who exploited that shit. Hell... I hope the reason they left it live for so long is to see who would exploit it and permaban all of them. Riot has a big enough playerbase to soak up the slight loss in players when a bunch of jerkoffs leave over the ban and it would show people that Riot takes the game, cheating and player behavior seriously. As it is, even if they soft ban people for abusing the glitch now, they'll likely still have exploited their way through a bunch of ranked games with it to get unfair wins. That shit should be PUNISHED.

Slaps on the wrist do nothing but show people that they can get away with being cheaters.

Doesn't matter. This isn't a jury and we aren't the rulemakers. No sense getting yourself a forum ban becuase someone's exploiting game systems.

Riot knows what's up. It's not as easy as banning a few guys, you have to go after the systems and the creators of the injection tools themselves. You send out ban waves only AFTER you can either detect the injection tool for the scripts/hacks or have proper preventative system in place to legitimately counter the problem.

All banning people using the tool would do is tell the script and hack creators "hey we're on to you" and they'd immediately start working on a work around and diving Into the code and thier internal forum would know to stop using it and lay low until they can cheat again.

Gotta bring down the whole system. Cheats and hacks and script injectors are literal communities of thousands of people, shit people pay actual money for, not just a few nerds in thier basement.

In fact you guys are probably making Riots job harder with the public outcry.

But alas it's still a never ending game of cat and mouse.

There's a script that let's a Xerath stand in their base and fire invisible, global Q's that hit 3 or 4 enemy champions at once, plus minions. Since he's in base he never dies, never really runs out of mana, and gets tons of kills/assists/CS, the games are over insanely fast.

This is almost only usable with a script. If they disabled champions because of scripts, a good portion of all champions would be disabled. Keeping him available also gets them more info on the script/bug, which will hopefully enable them to stop it eventually.

FYI there are scripts for most of the champions, they just aren't as noticeable as this one because this exploits a bug at the same time. Without the script it is nearly impossible to use, so they are treating it as a script and banning players rather than disabling the champion.
