Can we give Kindred a real passive?

Her current passive with the marks should be on her QWE abilities, like Nasus and Veigar.

Then we can give her a real passive, like maybe a burst of movement speed every time she attacks a champion, or double crit chance because Yasuo has two passives anyway.
