For me, my top picks are a tie between Graves and Nidalee. Both are equally as useless. A not so far off 3rd would have to be Aatrox. It's not that his kit isn't good, its just the types of people who play him are bad.

People who still play Urgot are usually pretty good at him. Not to mention they have the advantage that either people don't respect him enough and play slopply assuming he's trash or just don't know what he does. My 2 longest winstreaks were with old Yorick and Urgot respectively (16 and 12).

Gangplank Never ults under any circumstances. Karthus Also never ults. TahmKench is usually tilted and wants to troll so spits ADC/APC into the enemy team. Doesn't know how to properly play. Shaco always useless. Always feeds.

Nidalee Leblanc Gragas They are either bad, or did good but end up becoming dead weight because we couldn't cheese and end the damn game in less than 30 minutes.

I'll throw in ADCs toplane for bonus points, because I have yet to be in a game where they actually did something and kept that lead.
