It doesn't feel rewarding (BE Method)

Regardless of amount you get when leveling up (although more would be nice) it doesn't feel rewarding to only get BE when you level up. I can have a win but the meter for leveling up will only fill up a fraction of an amount and it doesn't feel like to accomplished anything. I want to feel rewarded for winning and when I was getting double IP before it felt good to win. Now? Not so much.
