East Coast Connection Issues are Abysmal..

Honestly what am I supposed to do other than try to tough it out and in a very possible scenario accept defeat, merely because my connection to the servers will at random times spike to inane levels? It's also getting worse, my average ping in game has gone from 79 to a whooping 105 today. What gives? I had a massive ping spike over 1k several times, much of which caused me to disconnect in the match a few times. Could we at least implement a "loss prevented" for the team suffering from severe lag issues?
