Will we ever get a rioter to comment on the amount of bans?

It's a pretty popular request and we have got nothing from Riot on if they plan to give more bans or not. They could even test it out in a Featured Game Mode if they wanted.

There is no need for more than 3 bans. You dont know who you are playing against, and you dont know their champion pools. Why would u possibly need more than 3?

I see no value in having more bans in a non tournament environment. You know nothing of the other team so your just banning champs you believe are a problem.

And TBH only champ i dislike is Tahm, because he can save any carry u focus.Other bans are pretty random

There are now three times more champions but the amount of bans hasn't changed at all.

Why would it? U dont know who you play against in ranked,so you cant restrict their champion pools. Only reason u ban some champs is cuz u dont know how to play against them.

Actually, there are legal mods that let you see who your opponents most played champions are and their win percentage. This allows you to target their strengths.

Also, you don't ban champs because you can't play against them unless you are going to play Galio and you want to ban out Braum, etc.

You shouldnt be able to see enemies until loading screen.

I did some research and you can't get the info until the loading screen after the pick and bans. So I retract my previous statement.

However, I am still all for 5 bans for each team.
