What if Ohmwrecker built out of Bami's Cinder?

Replace the Kindlegem with Bami's Cinder and have it deal 10 (+1 per champion level) magic damage.

Then have it so basic attacking a turret causes the passive to start effecting the turret and will ramp up in damage (To the turret) by 20% for each auto attack for a maximum of 100% increased damage. After 3 seconds of not auto attacking the turret, the passive will reset.

For balance purposed it could also be disabled if the user is damaged by an enemy champion.

Naturally numbers are subject to change but what do you think?

Maybe.. but it sounds like it could come down, "lets just put bami's cinder on every tank item because its so good" rather than buffing it for its own uniqueness.

I think it's a bad idea. If you're going to have an item made for operating under turrets, making it draw turret aggro against your will is counterproductive.

What if Ohmwrecker had 25% bonus health like Cinderhulk? That would solve the top lane smite issue, make Ohmwrecker a more attractive item, and buff top lane tanks (they wouldn't be less attractive than jungle tanks because they could get % bonus health without smite/Cinderhulk).
