Arcade Brand should have a combo count on his ult

So it would get a +1 for the first bounce and the number would keep going up with every bounce and if it gets the maximum number of bounces then text shows up saying, "ULTRA COMBO!!!"

On a more serious note. This type of fun feedback is why I love my job. I may not always be able to act on stuff like this but when I do its always a ton of fun!

Riot's Skin department is awesome. We can be annoying asking for Illaoi/Yorick/etc. skins, but I know when their new skins do hit they'll be amazing. I can't wait.

its all going to be a case by case issue. One major issue with 'combo' is just the size of the word. it'd block a decent amount of screen space and look pretty important even though its just a fun thing for a skin. On top of that we are adding this change with only a couple days left to test on pbe.

Though in all honesty I don't own the gameplay in LoL I just check in with them on all effects I add to the game to make sure I don't hurt the game when adding stuff like this. I was told to avoid adding text here and while I think'd be fun I can understand where my gameplay bros are coming from.

I'm not the thread opener, but I'd be also glad to just have a hit counter that goes up counting the ult bounces, no need to have the word "combo" there (i.e., same as riven) ^_^

I like the idea but I can understand if it's too late for brand, or if it's too much for gameplay (i could imagine a situation where you made arcade riven and decided it's too much noise, and that it's something to avoid for future skins). If it's allowed but it's too late for Brand it could be something to keep in mind for other arcade (or otherwise fitting) skins. It would be nice on a Syndra ult for example, or for GP barrels (IIRC he already shouts "COMBO!" when making them explode), or on Taliyah's Q...

Some kind of a small icon would be possible. A flame icon or Brand's smilying, pixelated face.

Although i can understand that that would be a little difficult, art wise.

Great for clarity too! It can be difficult keeping track with how many stacks each target has in a large team fight.

It doesn't count Passive stacks. Just counts how many times Brand's Ult Hits/Bounces.

The above was thinking you were talking about iZac's gif of Arcade Brand's Ult. This is what I get for reading stuff half-awake.

Yeah, a counter for his passive would be pretty useful, though I mean for Brand in general.
