I know that this may sound stupid... but what Gangplank in the one in the splash art of Guerilla Tristana?

At first i thought that it was Special Forces GP, and it would make sense... However, his hat seems to be from the Captain Skin. In fact, i would say that the clothes of Gangplank are the ones before his second rework.
