And it's a 160ish Cooldown, with the right masteries and items. WTF?

I wouldn't say it's op but it can definitely be a huge spell when combined with a supports additional abilities. There is really no other option for a support other than ignite, if they need the grievous wounds or all-in damage. Even then it's iffy.
