Please @Riot Please... This will instantly make opening hextech chests so much more enjoyable...

Please. Please. Can you set it so that accounts that have every champion unlocked NO LONGER can receive champion shards? ._.

I haven't paid for hextech chests in months and I just have a lot of fun in collecting the chests I receive on a by-weekly ratio, along with the few keys I can unlock as well.

However my enjoyment was absolutely stomped into the freaking ground as every single chest (4) contained a champion shard.

Seriously, getting a champion shard when you have every single champion almost feels like you're being punished for unlocking chests and not being lucky enough to get a skin.

If you get a skin shard of a skin you already have, you can merely turn it into Essence for a better skin, or reroll it with 3 others and get a guaranteed skin that you don't have.

When a champ shard pops out of that chest, I feel like it's just sitting there... taunting me.

So many people would enjoy the whole idea of hextech chests if you just removed the chance to receive champ shards for those who possess all the champions.

Even with ward skins and icons, at least I feel like I'm getting something new. Getting a champion shard is just... it's the most annoying thing ever at this point. And yes, one can argue that getting 3 champ shards insures that I can instantly buy a new champion when it releases... but seriously, most people can just spam ARAM matches leading up to the champion release for that.

Unless someone can give a reason why getting Champion shards, when you already have every champion is a good thing, I strongly feel like this change will benefit the whole hextech thing in great ways.
