Hello Riot, it is me, top lane

Remember me, Riot?

I can only start with 1 item (doran shield), I am decided by the better jungler, I have reworks that introduce champions that have multiple unlockable passives that give them stat advantage even if they are behind in levels / cs (hello Darius).

I have tanks that force me to play their game instead of being able to beat them, I have to farm with them since they just build tanky and minions start outdamaging the damage I do to these tanks forcing me into a passive lane that once I somehow manage to win and bring them low enough they just b back and teleport right back in, negating all my effort and turning into nothing.

Can we bring skill back to the top lane? Can we do that? Can we remove teleport from the game? Can we nerf junglers starting clears a little bit so that they don't gank at 2:30 lv3 while you are lv2 ?

Playing aggressive on top lane is way too punishing, or way too rewarding (depends on the jungler) ... What can we do about it?
