Wishlist for the practice mode

The practice mode didn't get any update since his release, it feels kind of abandoned. Here are few things I wish to have in the practice tool:

-All champions and skins unlocked. It's kind of dumb we have to buy them/wait for a rotation of free champions each weeks to try them out, and it would allow people to see a skin in game rather than having to only be able to trust the splash art before buying it.

-Being able to change the armor/magic resist/health value of dummies. Having all of them at 10k health and 100 armor/mr falsifies the game.

-More bots per game. Being able to play against only one IA-guided enemy and with no AI-guided allies reduces the testing possibilities.

-Being able to change the build/level of bots. Because it's really time expensive to feed them so we can have a decent fight at equal levels against them to test builds out.

-Being able to play with other player (?). So we can test thing together but I conceive it may be hard to implement.

-Minor wishes: -Being able to buy fully stacked items (ROA, Muramana...) -Being able to spawn Baron and Herald any time
