But nerfing Cloak was not the answer. The truly cancer adc's that needed nerfed will still be ever picked because they are the best; Kaisa Caitlyn Aphelios SennaJinx .

I do appreciate the targeted nerf on Caitlyn, but over all nerfing adc itemization was the wrong move.

It's just like the jungle. You went in with the stated goal of reducing gank heavy junglers and only ended up solidifying their stance as the best jungler type.

When will Riot see that targeted, individual nerfs are best and that nerfing an entire class through items only serves to maintain the status quo for the champions that already were too strong?

I’m standing by it. Riot wants top and mid to be the only playable roles in the game. You either get top or mid or autofilled.

It was, from what I remember, stopping a Korean ADC build where you build 4 Cloaks of Agility and immediately have 100% crit at the most cost effective rate. That nerf is kind of there to stop it.

Again, it’s all I found in terms of reasoning of this nerf.

The Cloak nerf stops the cloak stacking build where you pick cait, get 100% crit at 15 minutes and it was the most cancer shit to play against.
