Is Nasus or Sion better?

In my 2 week absence the meta has changed (largely due to I see machete nerf). Before Sion top was considered good cause of cinderhulk but now that is nerfed. Is Nasus or Sion better for a late game now?

Nasus deals more damage, Sion becomes more durable. Sion is better in team fights, Nasus is better at dueling/splitpushing.

sion is tankier and has more area damage, nasus beats him and does more burst damage

both are viable but sion has more crowd control too so idk

nasus doesn't beat sion at all, sion starts Q level 1 and you dont get farm, period. if sion is also playing the farm game hes super bad and doesn't understand what nasus does.

sion is way better as part of a team.

nasus is better if you want to cheese out a win and your team can just wave clear into the late game without any real threat or losing 4v5.

sidenote - sion kicks the crap out of nasus 1v1 top lane, sion just starts Q and builds early AD and charges his Q so that nasus cant take the hit even with ~50starting armor, cloth + 5 health pots, he will be knocked up/stunned, miss the cs, and take ~180damage at rank 1, or upwards of 400 later on in the laning phase, he will get decimated by a half decent sion.

It depends on what you want.

If you are the type who wants to be "involved", than Sion. He offers good teamfight utility through CC.

Nasus just wants to be left alone. He is a late game monster, but if the game is lost before he reaches that point, then it's pointless. Sion can safely tp without needing to worry about stacks.
