I call this the Shaco effect.

It never fails. Every Shaco on my team feeds, never ganks and/or is completely irrelevant.

But when Shaco is on the enemy team, they gank every lane by level 4, remain a threat all over the map, have amazing knowledge of the champion and ultimately carry their team.

Err I don't see it to much. However there is a huge difference from a Caitlyn that knows how to lane bully and one that just thinks farming is good enough.
