We aren't supposed to have burst yet stattik shiv gives us exactly that. 90% the time someone bitches about it is because stattik plus rapid did 450. Seriously don't understand why this is untouched.

We play adc very much and think stattik shiv is way too good. You are literally trolling if you don't build stattik plus rapid
Tèrminus1 votesShiv and RFC's damage don't stack. If you have both, Shiv's damage will override RFC's (but will still have RFC's bonus range).
That said, the fact that Shiv can critically strike for the full bonus critical damage is stupid.
