but Press R for rediculous stat increase, with massive true damage and great cdr it's horrifying to fight because his q is up constantly so if you don't have good enough CC his just is untargettable dealing 40% true damage if he forgets to press E

Hammermancer1 votesIf i pick before yi, and I don't have a strong CC that will deal with the 7 second murder window, then he will melt me, there is a 1 second window between his autos which deal about 500 physical and 500 true at full build, twice a second.
Now let's say that i'm actually better than the yi, i'm still in silver, my teammates will likely be eaten alive.
He is currenly functioning like a yasuo without the skill component

Well, welcome to league then, the teams holding you back feeling is not gone until d3 (i was d5 before decaying down so I don't know this from experience) so until you reach high diamond, one troll/feeder/unlucky player (tho i don't believe luck is involved in this game too much) and your game is gone.
Btw. jax is a lot more retarded with some of these items, pretty much permanent E
