She feels super slow early game compared to other mages or assassins in the early to mid game. I'm not saying she needs to be overpowered, but maybe a slight buff to early numbers or maybe a power distribution to lower her late game but buff her early game a bit?
It's nice to see some different faces compared to the same 5 champs every game.

What about a small number buff, but make the cooldown longer? And Taliyah's ult does have a bit of time on the CD if you aren't rushing CDR.
