Oh so Kayn is about to go the path of Talon.

So for those who don't know Talon had a bug where the % damage buff from his e wasn't working he just had the damage to kill you without it. Riot fixed it and in the same motion nerfed his damage to the point where you dealt less damage until you had rank 4 in E to compensate for fixing the bug so just a flat out nerf until lv 17.

As of today seeing that kayn change where he wasn't even proccing duskblade I can already see what's going to happen. Kayn was losing out on about 200-300 damage or more when after using ult and riot is also buffing the ult ratio as well so Kayn is probably going to burst too hard now and get nerfed. My question is why not just fix the bug first and see if that puts him in a better place because that bugfix was a large buff to his burst.
