Is Twisted Fate relevant anymore?

First off, he's not played in the LCS or in general lately, although he's apparently still strong in the midlane. Also, I think it's safe to say that the Ryze rework makes look redundant. The new has fast waveclear with the E-E-Q combo, he restores mana, AP, and cooldowns passively (no need for RNG cards), he has a stun (duh), and now the new ultimate can not only teleport Ryze but also other teammates. So unless Ryze's stats are lower than s, I think will either need a rework or he'll just go into oblivion.

Well shit, lets look at some stats then shall we?

Challenger monthly win rate: 61.25% Masters monthly win rate: 56.65% Diamond monthly win rate: 53.9%
Platinum monthly win rate: 51.54% Overall monthly win rate: 49.15% Overall monthly pickrate:** 9.42%**

-2016 Summer split - NA LCS stats-

Pick rate - 14/144 (9.72%) Ban rate - 8/144 (5.55%) Win rate - 42.9%

The winrates are balanced for mid/high elo and seem to be higher in elite elo. Pick rate is nearing 10%, which is pretty decent considering there are 10 champs in a game. LCS Summer split pick rate is actually pretty good too, he certainly is not as pick as before sine Azir, Viktor and other OPs are around. LCs Summer split ban rate is meh. In comparison to other forgotten champs, he is doing ok I guess. His LCS winrate is 42.9%, but that is counting only 14 games, so 6 wins, 8 losses. I don't think we should take this into account.

My conclusion is that TF is not an irrelevant champ. Simply not in the spotlight at the present moment.

thats because he is snowbally and easy to shut down in LCS. waveclear? kinda like all those other midlaners with waveclear? like, all of them? the ult is no where close to the range of TFs and does not provide true sight.
