Which champion makes you have nightmares or give you goosebumps when you read their lore or just see their pictures?

The fact that he's entirely red makes me think Devil and according to his lore, he's literally a

He can make people insane just by them looking at the aftermath of his work. Imagine how disgusting, grotesque, and truly evil things he must do to a person's body to mentally scar minds as strong as Kusho's. Must certainly be painful.

Easily Thresh.
Nobody is as needlessly, pointlessly sadistic as Thresh. Jhin's crazy, but he has a goal in it. Kindred's spooky, but they aren't necessarily malevolent, they're just sorta forces of nature.
Thresh does what he does because he thinks it's fun. That's all that matters. He's tormented people for decades because it's fun. And like it was mentioned in that short story at the end of his bio, he doesn't stop there. He will singlehandedly destroy a person's entire life, bit by bit, just to make them as depressed and afraid as possible before he rips their soul from their body. Also if you haven't heard his loading screen song? Look that up.
Thresh is so good at being bad.
: Literal nightmare made flesh. Drove people into fear induced insanity and made them suicide rather than face him. In game, his ult if you're an enemy will make your entire team huddle up, no matter how fed you are.
: Killing you isn't enough. Torturing you isn't enough. Destroys your life slowly, piece by piece, then tortures you, then when you finally dies, tortures your soul cuz why not? In game... Have you ever been mid waiting for a team fight? Now imagine you're the carry. Now imagne he hooks you... That oh shit moment when you know you getting caught just threw the fight... the game.
: Kog is already scary in the late game, he can just melt teams like nothing. But... You have to realize that he's a baby, and his parent is coming...

Fiddle. The idea of an evil scarecrow seems worse than a vampire/blood mage. Or maybe maokai- a haunted/ cursed tree sounds pretty scary to me
