On a scale of 1-10, how good is Jarvan as a SUPPORT (not jungler, support)?
I mean if you compare

, he's not that different in the sense that they're tanks, gap closers, and CC monsters. Yet he's still not a support?

I've been thinking about this too, and I'm sure it's alright, but the armor on his e they removed a bit ago makes me sad because I feel like he could have been better. I also don't think his E AS steroid is enough to make it useful.
However, I think the armor pen Q is really good and if you get a knock up plus an aggressive ADC this could totally work. I'd go ahead and try it honestly if you want.
8 ive tried him 3 times for 3 wins and 3 times smashed the bot lane (need an adc with cc though..)
Hmmm he's actually pretty tough botlane, so I'll give it an 8.
Earlier levels just play like Blitz/Leona and don't get poked down like an idiot. If those guys can pull it off, J4 can too. Heck, at least he still got a good ranged poke.
Once he gets to 6 it's a massacre. Forget any peels and just kill that enemy ADC with his ult, though make sure to save some kills for your buddy. Squishy dummy mages are overrated, meet J4!

I'd say a 7; he's decent in kill lanes (J4 + Pantheon/Rengar/Xin/Leona/etc.), but if you fall behind you'll have a bad time. Just try to avoid the poke
